ARC Pro components
Fork material
ARC Pro has a carbon fork, so, its weight is considerably lighter than one made out of steel. However, they cost a bit more than steel forks.
Wheels
The wheels on ARC Pro are the 700c aluminum type. These are the most popular wheels for road, aero, gravel, cyclocross, race, and gravel bikes. However, while they give you great speed and control, these wheels are not so bump-friendly.
Brakes
Nothing is more important on a bike than its ability to brake properly. Trek ARC Pro is equipped with Rim brakes. Rim brakes deliver an average performance overall. However, they have problems in wet conditions.
