Fork material
When it comes to the fork, this bike has a steel one, which tends to be more flexible than carbon forks in general. However, a carbon fork is considerably lighter.
Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the MXR 20″ model has 20″ aluminum wheels. The 20″ wheels are a good fit for folding bikes, BMX, or children bikes. In conclusion, you can use them better on-road, and less on technical terrain.
Brakes
For your safety, it is important to have quality breaks on your bike. Avanti MXR 20″ has Coaster brakes installed. Coaster brakes are among the oldest brake types you can find on a bike. However, if your chain falls off or snaps, your coaster brakes won’t function anymore.
