Unplugged Pro components
Fork
The Fox Performance Float 38 is included from the factory. It has a travel distance of 170mm. Bike forks absorb the shocks and give you a smooth and pleasant ride. In conclusion, always look for a fork with decent travel when you buy a bike.
Rear Shock
From the factory, it comes with the FOX FLOAT X NUDE PE EVOL Piggy Back Trunnion rear shock model, which has a travel of 160mm. Bike rear shocks increase the riding comfort, and also give you more control over technical trails. In conclusion, to increase your riding experience, get a bike with a rear shock if possible.
Wheels size
As for the wheels, Bold Unplugged Pro 2023, has a 29″ carbon model. With 29″ wheels, bumps will feel lighter and you’ll gain more speed on descends, compared to smaller wheel-sized bikes. However, the 29″ wheels will add a little more weight to the bike itself.
