The fork on this bike is made out of carbon, so, its weight is considerably lighter than one made out of steel. However, they cost a bit more than steel forks.
Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the Liz SL POTENZA model has 700c aluminum wheels. There is no doubt, that 700c wheels are very popular on all road bike models. However, these wheels don’t perform so well when passing over obstacles.
Brakes
Nothing is more important on a bike than its ability to brake properly. Ridley Liz SL POTENZA is equipped with Rim brakes. Slightly lighter than hydraulic brakes, rim brakes are a budget choice. However, they are not nearly as effective as hydraulic brakes are.
