Fork
Specialized P.STREET 1 2015 bike is equipped with the SunTour XCT fork, and has 100mm travel. Bike forks are great for shock absorption and provide you with a smooth ride. To sum up, when buying a bicycle, make sure you get a fork that is capable of delivering decent travel.
Fork material
P.STREET 1 has a steel fork, which is tougher than carbon in the case of an impact. However, it can add some extra weight to the bike.
