DEW PLUS components
Fork material
The fork is made out of aluminum, so there won’t be much extra weight added to the bike. However, they are not so stiff as carbon forks are.
Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the DEW PLUS model has 700c aluminum wheels. There is no doubt, that 700c wheels are very popular on all road bike models. However, these wheels don’t perform so well when passing over obstacles.
Brakes
Nothing is more important on a bike than its ability to brake properly. Kona DEW PLUS is equipped with Mechanical Disc brakes. They are much easier to maintain than hydraulic disk brakes. However, with hydraulic disk brakes, you have the ultimate braking power!
