Roll 1 SE components
Fork material
The fork is made out of steel, which is tougher than carbon in the case of an impact. However, it can add some extra weight to the bike.
Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the Roll 1 SE model has 700c aluminum wheels. These wheels are the most used kind for road bikes in general. However, these wheels don’t perform so well when passing over obstacles.
Brakes
Nothing is more important on a bike than its ability to brake properly. Specialized Roll 1 SE is equipped with Rim brakes. Rim brakes are cheaper than hydraulic brakes, and also easier to maintain. However, they are not nearly as effective as hydraulic brakes are.
Sizes
There are 4 sizes available for this model. Rider height can be anywhere between 158 cm – 199 cm (5.18 ft – 6.53 ft). In short, you can easily find one that suits you.
