Freedom 1.0 components
Fork material
When it comes to the fork, this bike has an aluminum one, which doesn’t add too much extra weight to the bike. However, it is not so stiff as steel or carbon forks are.
Wheels
The wheels on Freedom 1.0 are the 700c aluminum type. These are the most popular wheels for road, aero, gravel, cyclocross, race, and gravel bikes. However, these wheels don’t perform so well when passing over obstacles.
Brakes
For your safety, it is important to have quality breaks on your bike. Breezer Freedom 1.0 has Rim brakes installed. Rim brakes deliver an average performance overall. However, they have problems in wet conditions.
