Your safety should be the top priority when you go for a ride. In short, make sure that you always use a helmet, high visibility clothing, and proper lights when riding at night-time.
Average price for Crosscountry bikes
If you want an acceptable Crosscountry bike you should know that the average price is 1905$. However, even though the average price of a Crosscountry bike is lower, you might still be able to get a top-quality bike. To make sure you don’t pay a higher amount than normal for your bike, always do some components analysis and read reviews.
BLAST components
Fork
The RockShox is included from the factory. It has a travel distance of 100mm. Bike forks are good shock absorbers and provide a smooth ride and a great experience. In short, make sure you choose one with a decent fork when you purchase your dream bike.
Wheels size
The BLAST 2011 bike is equipped with 26″ aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. Being a little smaller, these wheels will fit both small and tall riders. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
Brakes
Nothing is more important on a bike than its ability to brake properly. Kona BLAST is equipped with Hydraulic Disc brakes. With Hydraulic Disc brakes, you’ll be able to stop on a dime, even in wet or icy conditions. To sum up, you can ride your bike with confidence.
