Fork
Kona COWAN 2011 bike is equipped with the Marzocchi fork, and has 80mm travel. Bike forks are great for shock absorption and provide you with a smooth ride. To sum up, when buying a bicycle, make sure you get a fork that is capable of delivering decent travel.
Wheels size
When it comes to wheels, the COWAN bike is equipped with the 26″ aluminum model. The 26″ wheels are lighter than the 27.5 or 29″ wheels. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
Brakes
