Fork
This bike has the Fox Factory Float 34 fork installed. The fork’s travel is 160mm. Bike forks are good shock absorbers and provide a smooth ride and a great experience. To sum up, when buying a bicycle, make sure you get a fork that is capable of delivering decent travel.
Fork material
Auric 1.1 Disc has an aluminum fork, which is a lighter material. However, it is not as tough, nor durable as steel is.
Wheels
The Auric 1.1 Disc 2015 bike is equipped with 27.5″ aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. The 27.5″ wheels are a great choice for smaller riders. However, these wheels have a slower top speed if you compare them to 29″ wheels.
Brakes
We ride faster and faster, so a good braking system is essential on a bike nowadays. The Auric 1.1 Disc comes with Hydraulic Disc brakes. With Hydraulic Disc brakes, you’ll be able to stop on a dime, even in wet or icy conditions. To sum up, your safety is in good hands.

The Fuji model is also equipped with a dropper post. Therefore, climbing or descending will be a breeze.
