The Captiva ST USA 2012 bike is equipped with 26″ aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. The 26″ wheels are lighter than the 27.5 or 29″ wheels. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
Brakes
When you want to stop the bike in time, the brakes are vital. The Captiva ST USA has Coaster brakes. Coaster brakes are among the oldest brake types you can find on a bike. However, if your chain falls off or snaps, your coaster brakes won’t function anymore.
