Safety
Your safety should be the top priority when you go for a ride. In short, make sure that you always use a helmet, high visibility clothing, and proper lights when riding at night-time.
Average price for Endurance bikes
If you want an acceptable Endurance bike you should know that the average price is 2346$. However, this doesn’t mean that if you spend less money on an Endurance bike, you couldn’t get a decent one. To sum up, when you purchase your bike, make sure to check if it has reviews, and also do some components research.
Overview of components
Fork material
The fork is made out of carbon, so, it won’t add up to much weight to your bike. However, the price you have to pay for a carbon fork is considerably higher.
Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the Sportif 1.5 model has 700c aluminum wheels. These are the most popular wheels for road, aero, gravel, cyclocross, race, and gravel bikes. However, while they give you great speed and control, these wheels are not so bump-friendly.
Brakes
When you want to stop the bike in time, the brakes are vital. The Sportif 1.5 has Mechanical Disc brakes. They are much easier to maintain than hydraulic disk brakes. However, performance-wise there is room for improvement.
