The Tahoe 29 Comp 2009 bike is equipped with 29″ aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. With 29″ wheels, bumps will feel lighter and you’ll gain more speed on descends, compared to smaller wheel-sized bikes. However, these wheels are not ideal for smaller people.
Brakes
For your safety, it is important to have quality breaks on your bike. Fuji Tahoe 29 Comp has Mechanical Disc brakes installed. These brakes are also very popular, and a lot cheaper than hydraulic disk brakes. However, they don’t have the stopping power of hydraulic brakes.
