Tahoe 4.0 USA components
Fork
The RockShox is included from the factory. It has a travel distance of 100mm. Bike forks absorb the shocks and give you a smooth and pleasant ride. In conclusion, always look for a fork with decent travel when you buy a bike.
Fork material
The fork on this bike is made out of aluminum, so there won’t be much extra weight added to the bike. However, they are not so stiff as carbon forks are.
Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the Tahoe 4.0 USA model has 26″ aluminum wheels. The 26″ wheels are lighter than the 27.5 or 29″ wheels. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
Brakes
Nothing is more important on a bike than its ability to brake properly. Fuji Tahoe 4.0 USA is equipped with Hydraulic Disc brakes. With Hydraulic Disc brakes, you’ll be able to stop on a dime, even in wet or icy conditions. To sum up, these are ideal for anyone.
