Safety
Take safety seriously when you ride your bike, and always wear your helmet. Moreover, don’t ride on the sidewalk. This is actually against the law in some states and can be dangerous for both you and pedestrians.
Average price for Enduro bikes
According to our math, the average price for a trustworthy Enduro bike is 3599$. However, paying less money than this amount doesn’t mean that you couldn’t get a great Enduro bike. To make sure you don’t pay a higher amount than normal for your bike, always do some components analysis and read reviews.
Overview of components
Fork material
When it comes to the fork, this bike has a carbon one, so, it’s a great addition to the bike’s value. However, carbon forks should be regularly inspected for damage because even the smallest crack could cause the fork to fall apart.
Wheels
When leaving the production line, the Rail model has 29″ aluminum wheels. These wheels are more forgiving when you go over roots, rocks, bumps, or other obstacles you encounter on your ride. However, these wheels are not ideal for smaller people.
Brakes
For your safety, it is important to have quality breaks on your bike. Gary Fisher Rail has Rim brakes installed. Rim brakes are cheaper than hydraulic brakes, and also easier to maintain. However, you could spend a little extra and get a bike that has hydraulic brakes.
