Fork material
The fork is made out of aluminum, which doesn’t add too much extra weight to the bike. However, it is not so stiff as steel or carbon forks are.

As for the wheels, Kellys KITER 90 2022, has a 24″ aluminum model. The 24″ wheels are a good fit for folding bikes, BMX, or children bikes. In conclusion, they are great for flat ground or very easy trails.
Brakes
For your safety, it is important to have quality breaks on your bike. Kellys KITER 90 has Rim brakes installed. Slightly lighter than hydraulic brakes, rim brakes are a budget choice. However, you could spend a little extra and get a bike that has hydraulic brakes.
