Fork
The SHRED comes factory-installed with the Marzocchi fork. This has a travel range of 100mm. Bike forks are good shock absorbers and provide a smooth ride and a great experience. In short, you should always ensure you have a good fork when purchasing a bike.
Wheels size
The SHRED 2011 bike is equipped with 26″ aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. These wheels give you great handling over your bike. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
