Fork
The RockShox Recon Gold RL is included from the factory. It has a travel distance of 100mm. Bike forks are great for shock absorption and provide you with a smooth ride. In conclusion, always look for a fork with decent travel when you buy a bike.
Wheels
When leaving the production line, the Big.Nine Team Issue model has 29″ aluminum wheels. With 29″ wheels, bumps will feel lighter and you’ll gain more speed on descends, compared to smaller wheel-sized bikes. However, the 29″ wheels will add a little more weight to the bike itself.
Brakes
