Overview of components
Fork
The Range C3 comes factory-installed with the RockShox ZEB fork. This has a travel range of 170mm. Bike forks are great for shock absorption and provide you with a smooth ride. To sum it all, when buying a bike, ensure that you look for a fork capable of decent travel.
Rear Shock
From the factory, it comes with the FOX DHX2 Factory Coil rear shock model, which has a travel of 170mm. Rear shocks offer better comfort, better traction, and better cornering. This allows for quicker riding on rough roads and trails. To sum up, get a full-suspension bike if you want the smoothest rides.
Wheels size
When it comes to wheels, the Range C3 bike is equipped with the 29″ aluminum model. Having 29″ wheels means that you need less fork travel, leading to a reduction of the pedal bob effect. However, these wheels are not ideal for smaller people.
Brakes
