The shock that’s installed on this bike is RockShox Deluxe Select+, with a travel distance of 120mm. Rear shocks offer better comfort, better traction, and better cornering. This allows for quicker riding on rough roads and trails. In short, if you want smooth rides, get a full-suspension bicycle.
Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the Cortex GX Eagle model has 29″ aluminum wheels. With 29″ wheels, bumps will feel lighter and you’ll gain more speed on descends, compared to smaller wheel-sized bikes. However, these wheels are not ideal for smaller people.
Brakes
