Safety
When cycling always take safety very seriously. Wear a helmet, obey the traffic rules and wear hi-vis clothes. In short, take care of yourself so others can take care of you.
BMX bikes average price
If you want an acceptable BMX bike you should know that the average price is 348$. However, this doesn’t mean that if you spend less money on a BMX bike, you couldn’t get a decent one. As a general rule of thumb, you should always read reviews about the bike and its components before buying it to ensure you don’t pay too much.
Overview of components
Fork material
The fork is made out of steel, which is tougher than carbon in the case of an impact. However, it can add some extra weight to the bike.
Wheels
When it comes to wheels, the Fuse 4 bike is equipped with the 20″ aluminum model. This wheel size is used on bike models like BMX, children, or folding bikes. In conclusion, you can use them better on-road, and less on technical terrain.
Brakes
When you want to stop the bike in time, the brakes are vital. The Fuse 4 has Rim brakes. Slightly lighter than hydraulic brakes, rim brakes are a budget choice. However, they have problems in wet conditions.
