Overview of components
Fork material
S-Works Enduro SL Carbon Frameset has an aluminum fork, which is a lighter material. However, it is not as tough, nor durable as steel is.
Rear Shock
From the factory, it comes with the Specialized AFR Shock w/ Spike valve rear shock model, which has a travel of 150mm. Rear shocks offer better comfort, better traction, and better cornering. This allows for quicker riding on rough roads and trails. In short, if you want smooth rides, get a full-suspension bicycle.
Sizes
S-Works Enduro SL Carbon Frameset comes in 4 sizes, that range from 158 cm – 199 cm (5.18 ft – 6.53 ft). In short, it won’t be difficult to find the right one for you.
Dropper post
Every bike should have a dropper post, and this one does. A dropper post is a must-have these days if you’re riding anything remotely technical. The main benefit of a dropper post is increased safety while riding. As mentioned above, the lever system allows you to quickly move the saddle out of the way when approaching descents or trail obstacles.
