Wheels size
When leaving the production line, the Straggler model has aluminum wheels. 650b wheels make a great choice if you want to sacrifice speed for comfort. However, if speed is what you’re after, 700c wheels are a better fit.
Brakes
For your safety, it is important to have quality breaks on your bike. Surly Straggler has Mechanical Disc brakes installed. They are much easier to maintain than hydraulic disk brakes. However, with hydraulic disk brakes, you have the ultimate braking power!
