7.6 FX WSD components
Fork material
7.6 FX WSD has a carbon fork, so, its weight is considerably lighter than one made out of steel. However, they cost a bit more than steel forks.
Wheels
The 7.6 FX WSD 2010 bike is equipped with 700c aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. These are the most popular wheels for road, aero, gravel, cyclocross, race, and gravel bikes. However, while they give you great speed and control, these wheels are not so bump-friendly.
Brakes
When you want to stop the bike in time, the brakes are vital. The 7.6 FX WSD has Rim brakes. Rim brakes are cheaper than hydraulic brakes, and also easier to maintain. However, they are not nearly as effective as hydraulic brakes are.
