Wheels size
The Cruiseliner 2010 bike is equipped with 26″ aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. The 26″ wheels are lighter than the 27.5 or 29″ wheels. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
Brakes
For your safety, it is important to have quality breaks on your bike. Trek Cruiseliner has Coaster brakes installed. These brakes are pretty efficient, and they’re not so pricey. However, if your chain falls off or snaps, your coaster brakes won’t function anymore.
