Navigator 3.0 components
Wheels
When leaving the production line, the Navigator 3.0 model has 26″ aluminum wheels. These wheels give you great handling over your bike. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
Brakes
Nothing is more important on a bike than its ability to brake properly. Trek Navigator 3.0 is equipped with Rim brakes. Rim brakes are cheaper than hydraulic brakes, and also easier to maintain. However, they are not nearly as effective as hydraulic brakes are.
