Wheels size
The Navigator 500 2003 bike is equipped with 26″ aluminum wheels when leaving the factory. Being a little smaller, these wheels will fit both small and tall riders. However, they are less forgiving when riding over obstacles such as bumps and roots.
Brakes
We ride faster and faster, so a good braking system is essential on a bike nowadays. The Navigator 500 comes with Rim brakes. Slightly lighter than hydraulic brakes, rim brakes are a budget choice. However, they are not nearly as effective as hydraulic brakes are.
