Wheels size
As for the wheels, Trek Ticket 10 2011, has a 26″ aluminum model. These wheels give you great handling over your bike. However, you will need increased suspension than in the case of 29″ wheels.
Brakes
We ride faster and faster, so a good braking system is essential on a bike nowadays. The Ticket 10 comes with Mechanical Disc brakes. They deliver good performance and cost less than hydraulic disk brakes. However, they don’t have the stopping power of hydraulic brakes.
